Syed Asad Jafri was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. He grew up in a very active Islamic community and family background.

Syed Asad holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from the US. He worked for IBM and thereafter moved to Iran and entered the Hawza to pursue Islamic studies and completed his Degree in ‘Uloom-ul-Qur’an from Qom.
He began his Tabligh missions in 2006 with stops across different cities in the US and Canada.
Although he speaks English, Urdu and Farsi fluently, his lectures and sermons are delivered in English.
Syed Asad is a dynamic speaker and apart from his English lectures, he makes regular appearances at various events such as Islamic camps, fundraisers and seminars.

He addresses mainly contemporary issues such as global developments and challenges facing the youth in the West.
